Create Your Post

This is the form used to create your future post on Pouregon.com.

Send me an email (Click here) to request a specific date.  My email box is the finish line.  If multiple people request the same day the first request in gets it.

Posts must be sent 72 hours prior to desired post date to be guaranteed. This gives a buffer
in case there are unforeseen events.

  • Pick the day you want your post to run.
  • This should be your business name in almost every case and it will be part of the URL structure. Decide if this post is focusing on one product or your business and which one you want people to find if they are searching the internet.
  • Pick one Category that best fits your company. Our permalink structure uses this and Google seems to like it. If you use two still only one will be used and it might not be the one you really want of the two.
  • A good YouTube video is better than an image most times. If you don't have a YouTube or embeddable video from a service than you should have an image. Add that in the next field.
  • You need to have either a YouTube video or an image otherwise you will have significantly less people read your post. So pick your image well that you want to represent your company.
  • I will typically only use one. Add a second if you are unsure which image to use. You can also email more at mike@pouregon.com
  • Use this area to describe your company or product, why it's special or different, funny story how you got started, it's claim to fame, celebrity visitors, awards, ghosts that haunt it, etc. Don't write a book, just keep it compelling and give people a reason to visit or buy your product. If you focus on product you can still talk about the company.
  • You need a website but if you don't have one this post will become your defacto listing on the internet when they search. Fill out as much information below as possible to help them find you and visit and/or buy your product.
  • Over 50% of web traffic is online. They can click on your address and find you on their phone while they are in the area.
  • I need the email to forward you the post when it is published.
    Someone might be viewing this on their phone. They can click and their phone will dial you.
  • This is so only real people have access.
